Basset Hound

The Basset Hound, originally bred in France as a hunting companion, is a medium-sized hound dog with a long, low body and short legs. They are known for their distinctive features, including their long, droopy ears, wrinkled foreheads, and sad-looking eyes. These gentle and affectionate dogs make great family pets. They are also relatively low-maintenance, requiring only moderate exercise.
