Man Who Threw Puppy Out of SUV Window in Front of North Carolina Shelter Identified and Charged

Police identified and charged a North Carolina man who allegedly threw a puppy from an SUV window outside of an animal shelter. According to Fox News Digital, a Bryson City Police Department named the suspect as 35-year-old David Paul George Jr.
