In a recent interview with Vanity Fair, Zendaya disclosed that her dog Noon would choose Tom Holland, her mother Claire Stoermer, and her close friend and long-time personal assistant Darnell Appling over her. She said Noon’s favorite place was anywhere the three of them would be. She further revealed, “[Noon] loves all three of them more than he loves me.” She then playfully added, “It’s fine. I am okay with that. But he is happiest when he is around one of the three of them.”

Zendaya also discussed what might be the reason behind it. She explained, “I think it’s ’cause he knows that I love him too much and so he’s just like, ‘You’re doing too much. You need to calm down. Yeah, you’re putting on things!'” The actor then expressed that it all came with being a mother to her dog. She humorously called the experience a “thankless job.”

During the Vanity Fair interview, Zendaya also revealed that Noon was nine years old. She had him since he was just a puppy and thus he was her child. She called the Miniature Schnauzer her “forever puppy” and gushed about how he makes her “very happy” and “brings a lot of joy.” Among other details, the actor talked about how Noon has a “very sensitive tummy,” so he can not have different treats that people offer. She also revealed his other cute name, which was “Doodie.”
