A viral video on Instagram shows a pet owner realizing why his rescue dog gets on his back for belly rubs. Earlier this year, Mike Brown of Santa Monica adopted a dog, Cactus, through the help of a rescue called Pups Without Borders. The organization reportedly found the canine in the deserts of California.
