World’s Ugliest Dog 2024: Pekingese ‘Wild Thang’ Wins Contest

After years of trying, Pekingese Wild Thang finally won the 2024 World’s Ugliest Dog contest. The 8-year-old canine took home the title on June 21, with prize money and an opportunity to be featured on the sponsor’s limited-edition products. The dog and his owner participated in the competition to support vaccinations, as Wild Thang contracted distemper when he was a puppy.
