Puppy Stolen From Wisconsin Pet Store, Woman Faces Charges

On April 30, a woman stole a puppy from a pet store in Madison, Wisconsin. The theft was caught on camera, and police were able to identify the suspect. The woman was finally arrested on May 6 and faces charges of retail theft and felony theft.
