A dog was tied to a lamp post, in a shopping area in the United Kingdom during an unexpected downpour. The dog also just happened to be outside a popular bingo hall. People inside the bingo hall witnessed a young couple stop and help the dog by comforting the pup and trying to keep him dry with their own clothing. Workers of the bingo hall offered the people umbrellas to use. The couple stood in the pouring rain for 20 minutes with pooch before the owner came back. The owner was indoors and did not realize that it was raining so hard outside.
