A new video from the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA shows something beautiful and wonderful. A girl and a dog, both born deaf, have become the best of friends and she’s now teaching the dog to understand sign language. The dog, named Walter, was surrendered along with his littermates to the Humane Society as pups.
These two were meant to find each other and be together forever.
