This is absolutely heartbreaking. Thank God these children saw this lifeless dog laying on the side of the road and called 911. Russ Harper, a Humane Police Officer with Justice Rescue got the call that a dog had been dumped. The dog was cold and lifeless but when Harper realized he was actually still alive he rushed him to a local vet. The dog has since been named Remmy. He’s in very serious condition and he’s not out of the woods. He was repeatedly used for dog fighting and when he got sick, he was tossed on the side of the road like trash.
