Remember the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge from last year? Well the SPCA serving Erie County in New York is issuing a new challenge this year: eat a dog biscuit or donate. Participants are challenged to share a dog treat of their choice with their dog and post the results online or donate to the SPCA.
