The 48-year-old took to Instagram on Wednesday, Feb. 28, to share adorable videos of the pup. The Stories show him playing with the Beckham family’s newest addition, a fluffy Cockapoo named Simba.

David Beckham proved his “dog dad” status by sharing cute Instagram Stories of his pooch, as per People. In the story, he could be seen playing with Simba, the newest pup to join the Beckhams, even capturing the dog snuggling up to him.
Additionally, Beckham’s heartwarming post included a sweet caption with the dog’s name, a laughing face emoji, and orange hearts. In the first story, David playfully said, “Simba? What is it?” trying to get the canine’s attention.
Another video showed the affectionate pup returning to David’s side and resting his paws on David’s face. Finally, David shared a lovable photo of Simba directly gazing at the camera.

Simba joined the Beckham family’s other dogs Logan, Olive, Fig, and Sage in June 2022.
On National Dog Day, Victoria Beckham shared a post on Instagram celebrating the arrival of the family’s newest furry friend. The images showed Simba with David Beckham and two of their children, 12-year-old Harper and 21-year-old Romeo.
The Beckhams have been consistently showcasing their love for their pets on social media over the years. In 2021, an Instagram post from David Beckham showed him attempting to teach their dog, Fig, the art of the high five, with the caption humorously explaining the pair’s lockdown routine. He wrote, “All we do in lockdown is high five and eat #figLovesHighFives.”
